Review: Blood and Groom, by Jill Edmondson
After Reading Jill Edmondson’s book Blood and Groom (Sasha Jackson Mysteries Book 1)
, it made me want to go and buy ten copies for friends, it’s that good. Excellent book that is published by a Canadian Author. Edmondson has made a short novel seem long, but not boring which is a great thing for an author to have.
A fun fast paced read, with a better ending than I could have imagined, Sasha Jackson deserves a repeat performance. The writing is witty and fun, with more than a few twists on cliches.
Jill Edmondson exceeds expectations, and for a first time mystery novel reader this is a great book to sink my teeth into. She shows how to write a fast paced remarkable and Canadian written novel.
A nice change from the normal fare of fantasy and history, and I can’t wait for the next installment. I rate this a five star, great writing and a good read. fast paced and the ending is equally and good.
Thanks for allowing me to review this book. I can’t wait to the next one.
