How Do you Publish a Book?

Fine, not one of my greatest titles as the answer can be this one: Well, you copy it off your computer and put a few staples in a voila published book. I can thank my friend Sam for that comment.

Be that as it may….

How do you publish a book?

Do you go to a literary agent (or agents) and query them and hope they sell you book to a big publisher?

Do you learn about marketing and the other work that it takes to self-published?

Do you consider all your options from self-publishing to small press to medium press to larger traditional publisher to everything in between?

What about editors? Editing? Marketing?

Well this new five part series should help.
