If I were a Journal

I find humor work at the best of times, so this blog entry will be a bit on the funny side, but work with me here.

If I were a journal, I’d love for people to write in more, tell me all their little secrets and favorite American Idol… no, not American Idol. But I must admit it is better this year, I would want to hear about your fears of both failure and success, but also of reality.

I’d want to see you pen and pencils or whatever, writing information for me to keep. Money figures are nice, but is that why you keep me? To improve your writing?

Oh the shame if you don’t write in me! Do you miss writing to me when you don’t? Hello writer where are you? Are you watching House or another season finale? You can always take me there and write during commercials. Improve your writing, and you will get a book published.

Thank-you when you do write it means a lot to me, and it makes me feel important.

I know I had some fun with that entry, I think it’s important to have a journal, and to be able to express your creative side. It is also vital to have fun while writing no matter what.
