IUniverse: What are You Complaints?

I have got a couple of people making comments, but for the most part, yes IUniverse to me is a vanity press.

Now as Christy did point out they don’t accept everything.

Still, I can list a few dozen complaints, but I’ll let you tell me beyond these ones:

Prices are too high.

Poor customer service.
