Writers, and Double Lives
Written books are like little miracles, and out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world.
Without words, without writing and without books there would be no history and nothing to read. A book can show us what a community and friendship mean; they show us how to live and die. They show us what the writer saw and what they wanted to publish.
Writers get the chance to experience a double life. They get to live everything twice; once in real time and once in their book. That is what makes becoming a writer something that people want to dream about — and not want to do.
The beautiful part of writing is that you don’t have to get it right the first time; all you need is persistence. There is no rule on how to write. Sometimes it comes easily and perfectly; sometimes it’s like drilling a rock and blasting it out with charges. Set a good goal, and aim for it to happen, and write.

One of the things always held me back from writing was wrong interpretations! Well, turned out they call it Hermeneutics these days
