Writing Away– Writing Online
So what do you do when you can’t write online? I hope you don’t get all upset or look for excuses not to write.
I read that a fellow blogger has this problem when she’s writing in a different place — or at a different time. I think she is correct. The more you write the more comfortable you are with where and when you write. I think the best way to pass time is by writing away — anywhere really.
How about writing online?
Would you write anywhere and with any computer, or just in one spot? Personally, I prefer writing on one computer in one particular room, possibly because I feel that I have everything I need close by, even when I don’t.
I think we also have our prefered format of books we like to read. I like to hold a book, a really honest to goodness book, and if it is a history book I prefer that that it be a hardcover edition. I believe that our manuscript writing is something like that.
Writing online… To me that is another thing, and I don’t mind if and when and where I write, although I prefer that I have my computer nearby. Some days I use pen and paper for my online writing just to get my ideas flowing for the week, and on others I head straight for the keyboard.
Writing away, and writing online: What’s the best advice about writing well that I have received? Just write it.
