Writing and Publishing Goals

These are my publishing goals until the end of the year: This means by end of December.
To have three books out and hopefully published or with an agent.
What would be your goals?
How would you go about getting them?

My goal for this year is to set goals for the coming five years as to where I want to be as a writer given that much time. Sounds kind of funny, but it's 100%true.
