Be able to enjoy the fact that you are a writer, but also be able to say that my work is bad and I need help. Enjoy the moment. Be able to write and edit and be a marketing genius all at once. Love your writing. Be able to fix it beyond what you think it might need. Hope for the best. Be able to accept that this one wasn’t the best to others. I'm not sure why writers cling so much to their first drafts, unwilling or unable to expose them to the world. Do dancers only present their warm-ups?
