Publishing Means Something Beyond Money… or fame

My Saturday email review… sorry it’s late but I had about three this week to decide on the “best.”  Fame and money aren’t the main reasons you should write, and you should do some checking before you send some mass emails out to bloggers.

Okay so same as last Saturday. Info of a personal nature is gone and the rest is as is. Kind reminder, if you do read my blog… check to see how long I’ve been around!

” Hi Mr. E!

I have one totally cool and awesome book to read for you. I’ve sent an attachment. hope you’ll find it totally cool, awesome and amazing, and funny and cool. It’s a mystery novel and I’ve got a cool ending to it. Now, I don’t want to spoil this amazing ending so I didn’t put it in. Partly because I don’t want it copied to a zillion websites or to blogs or anything like that. I don’t own a blog or website, but I’m sure you can buy one for me when I’m famous.

I’ve read tons of cool action and adventure book and I know it will make my mystery book totally cool. Since I think outside the box, you need to know that money isn’t important to me I just want to be published.

Money is a big factor in this totally cool book since I expect it to get an advance of about 500,000 dollars, and soon. I’ve sent the attachment, and yes it’s totally cool.

Thanks,”

Two things:

—One I am a woman not a man. Even with this point a professional email should have my full last name. If you want me to review a book, please have it published.  Also, I don’t need to be told how “cool” you might think your book is, let me as a reviewer make that choice.

— Two I don’t download attachments. Unless I know you, and we’ve had conversations via email before, I won’t open an attachment. No matter how “totally cool” you may think it is.

what else do you want to add?
