Why do you want to be published?

Simple, yet complex.

I’ve been reading this wonderful book Blood and Groom by Jill Edmondson, and it is a great read. I think I’ll be rereading it, a lot of the lines are well written and hopefully there is a sequel to this series.

I’ve taken to reading a bit at a time since my life of writing is very busy, but it is possibly the most enjoyable read I do for myself. Yes I know I should be reading something else, but when I’ve got a good juicy murder mystery, as with this book, well let’s say it’s worth it. She is what made me ask the question why do you want to be published?

I think success has something to do with it, and a bit of hard work, and for me seeing my name on a book. Freelance work and publishing are two different things to me, one is challenging and the other is passion.
