Dreaming Away.

Some days I’d love to go on a vacation and just relax. I mean really really really really relax (Did I mention really?) with my books needing to get done, and all my other work taking a back seat, I could use a hotel. A nice one, a large room. Okay, fine. A large room without kids and with a laptop.

Since I’m writing the Vegas story, which by the way is coming along nicely, I want the biggest most largest hotel room there. Vegas Venetian is without a doubt that place. On the plus site I love the website, so many cool things to read there, and it looks awesome.

The big bonus to this place is that if I want to really relax there are tons of shows that this has. I should go there one day, but looking at the website almost makes me believe that I am almost there.

Don’t believe that I would want to go there see this picture, and well you can guess why. Boy is it ever a great place, and whatever the website tells you is true. Of course to me the history of the land the Venetian is on is also interesting. I wonder about the sands…. hm must go to check this place out. It’s the only thing I miss on the main website.

The pictures and the comments about this place only make me want to go more. I can see why the website they have is great, and for someone like me, who really really really needs a break it will be great to see all Vegas Venetian has to offer.

My Question For you today is this: what would make you want to go to a place you are currently writing about?

If you ask me Rebecca, I would always want to be on vacation. Remember those retirement plans insurance companies sell! Would love one of those to mature for me now, which would allow me to sit back and relax, relax and relax. Yes, i said it thrice!

Frankly speaking, why would I write about a place I dont' want to visit. Understandably, one would write about a place which he/she has always dreamt about going to one day. So I hope that answers your question.

Coming back to relaxing, my dream place is Venice. At present, it seems far not only in distance but also in any chance of going there.

I might be drifting away from the topic, but I want to say this. I wish to take my son to so many places, home and abroad, that he says to me one day, "Dad, I can't dream of a place to visit because you have taken me almost everywhere." Praying for that coming true, I would say, "Amen!"
